ABSENTEE BIDDING
To place an ABSENTEE BID,
you must complete the ABSENTEE
BID FORM.
A valid application must
contain a credit card # (even
if you are not going to pay
for your purchases with a
credit card) and a signature
affixed. Your credit card
guarantees the goodwill of the
bidding. In the event that you
are not the winning bidder,
your credit card number will be
destroyed. A 10% Cash Deposit
is also acceptable in lieu of
a credit card.
Absentee bidders MUST fax a SIGNED copy
of the absentee bid application. Only completed applications will be processed.
Through this action, one gives authorization to the AUCTIONEER to bid on the
assigned individual's behalf up to the maximum limit of their bid. The
AUCTIONEER will make every attempt to purchase those authorized items at the
lowest possible price below the WRITTEN maximum bid. Bidding begins at 1/2 of
the left bid amount.
Please be very careful when
completing the Lot # (if
given), Description and
Absentee Bid Amount. Numbers
can be confused and misread,
therefore, it is imperative
that you review the bid with a "ALL
AMERICAN AUCTION SERVICE"
STAFF
member to assure accuracy. The
complete description of the
Item/Lot which is provided
within the catalog is also
very helpful. You will not
receive a bidder card - your
number will be assigned by the
staff and held in house.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash; Travelers Checks; Money Orders;
Personal Checks for
merchandise up to $1,000.00
drawn upon local banks.
Purchases exceeding $1,000.00
and/or out of town purchaser's
require a bank letter of
credit, OR proper approval,
prior to the sale. Checks
without bank letter will
require that merchandise be
held until checks clear or
immediately negotiable funds
have been made available. If your winning bid
amount is $100.00, the final
purchase amount plus any applicable
sales tax and/or shipping or
handling fees. Please adjust
your bidding accordingly.
Merchandise MUST be paid for
day of sale. ONLY exception:
"Out of Town
Bidders" - must arrange
that payment be made via
overnight money order,
cashiers check, or bank
transfer and must be
guaranteed by valid credit
card prior to the sale. By
signing the attached bid form,
you are specifically
authorizing
"ALL AMERICAN AUCTION
SERVICE"
to charge your account in the amount of your bid, together with
Michigan Sales Tax, and/or any
shipping or handling fees if
applicable. Notwithstanding,
final payment must arrive in a
form of payment as designated
above. Auctioneer reserves the
right to negate any sale which
does not comply with these
terms. Although we strive for
perfection, Auctioneers may
not be held liable for failure
to execute absentee or phone
bid requests.
In the event that you are a
"winning bidder",
payment is due upon completion
of the auction. Methods of
payment are set forth above.
Any other method of payment
must be approved prior to the
auction. Any variance from
these procedures may result in
the loss of absentee bidding
privileges. Although we
require pick up of merchandise
to be prompt, next day pick up
is not necessary, next day
payment is necessary.
